For those who have been following our blog on the regular – you’ve surely noticed how much we love to use our blender .   A high speed blender is such a versatile tool to have in the kitchen, and we use it daily to whip up everything from smoothies, soups, muffins, and these Vegan Maple Pecan Waffles!

This waffle batter recipe is low fuss – just throw all the ingredients into your blender jar and let the machine do the work!   They cook up light and crispy with just the right hint of nutty flavour and maple sweetness.

Morning Matcha Waffles

Good morning all!  Did you know that Matcha isn’t just for lattes?  This finely ground powder of special Japanese green tea leaves is a great addition to baked goods and other tasty delights… such as our Morning Matcha Waffles.    

For this quick and easy recipe we blend creamy dairy-free yoghurt, apple sauce, and matcha powder into a simple waffle batter that cooks up light and crispy on the outside and fluffy and moist on the inside.

Vegan Banana Flax Waffles

Made with wholesome ingredients, these healthy, high fiber waffles are easy to prepare and always turn out crispy  on the outside and fluffy on the inside, with just the right hint of sweetness.  I make these waffles in batches and freeze them for a quick breakfast option for my sometimes impatient toddler… Just pop them in the toaster, and they come out as fresh as the day they were made!
