Jokes aside, a tall stack of our Chocolate Orange Vegan Griddle Cakes would be a happy delight for anyone to wake up to.   Yes, dessert for breakfast is what we’re serving up today!   There’s not much that can beat the combination of decadent chocolate and fresh oranges served up warm in the morning.

5-Minute Vegan Pancakes (GF)

It’s Monday morning. The mad-rush has begun yet again and as you scramble to shower, dress, and drink anything with caffeine in it, the classic lines runs through your mind, “It’s just another manic Monday/ Ohhh -ooo-ohhh/ I wish it were a Sunday/ Ohhh-ooo-ohhh.” The Bangles captured it best. Monday morning.  Sigh. But what if Monday didn’t have to be so bad after all? What if you could have mouth-watering, healthy, gluten-free pancakes in 5 minutes?! Ding, ding, ding! We have a winner.
