I always need a quick chocolate fix so these 3 Ingredient Energy Bites are the perfect snack. All you need is 5 minutes and 3 ingredients and you are ready to go! I make them all the time; weekdays, weeknights, weekends. They are so quick and easy to put together that I now make these instead of picking up a store-bought treat. Best part is my kids love them! They think they are having a chewy, chocolatey ball. So take 5 minutes and try these lovely tasty bites out!
Serves: 15-20 1-inch balls
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 0 minutes
1 c date paste
1/4 c peanut butter (or pumpkin seed butter for a nut-free, Paléo friendly version)
1/4 c cocoa
- Measure all ingredients and place in a bowl.
- Using your hands, mix until dough is formed.
- Roll into 1-inch balls. Enjoy!
