Healthy Two-Bite Vegan Brownies (GF)

Happy Monday morning. What better way to start your week than with these simply irresistible brownies! Chocolatey, chewy, fudgy, but still incredibly healthy! You know you have a problem when you make 24 two-bite brownies and there are only 7 left. Trying to account for who ate what… but there is no question who took the crown on this one. That’s because these little beauties are simply irresistible!

Our Healthy Two-Bite Vegan Brownies are divine. Sweetened with banana, dates and a splash of maple syrup, they are gluten-free, plant-based goodness at its finest. So go on and enjoy a guilt-free treat!

Serves: 24 brownies
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes


6 Medjool dates
1 banana
1/2 c unsweetened coconut/almond milk
1/2 c unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
3 Tbsp maple syrup
1/2 c cocoa powder
1 c almond flour
1/2 c oat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
Dash sea salt



  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 2 x 12 mini-muffin trays
  2. In a high-powered blender, blend dates, banana, coconut/almond milk, applesauce, apple cider vinegar, vanilla and maple syrup until smooth.
  3. Add cocoa, almond flour, oat flour, baking soda, baking powder and sea salt. Blend again until smooth.
  4. Pour batter into prepared muffin trays. Bake for 15 minutes. Allow to cool and enjoy! I like to keep refrigerate mine overnight. Store in the fridge for up to a week.
