2 1/2 c water
1 c quick cooking oats
1 Tbsp chia seeds
Dash sea salt
2 Tbsp coconut/almond milk
1 Tbsp maple syrup
Sunflower seeds (2 tsp per bowl or more)
Unsweetened shredded coconut (1 Tbsp per bowl or more or less)
- Bring 2 1/2 c water with a dash of sea salt to a boil.
- Add oats and cook for one minute.
- Remove from heat and stir in chia seeds, coconut/almond milk and maple syrup.
- Top with sunflower seeds and coconut, and fresh fruit if desired.
