Best Vegan Mac N Cheeze

Creamy, check. ‘Cheezy,’ check. Kids-devour-without-a-fuss, check. This simple mac n cheeze is so delicious, no one will ever suspect it’s made from cauliflower, cashews and a squeeze of lemon. Vegan or not, this is a nutritious meal you can feel confident serving to your little ones. Melt-in-your-mouth guilt-free comfort food, check.

Serves: 3-4
Prep time: 5 minutes*
Cook time 15 minutes
*Assuming you’ve already prepped the sauce


1 bag -340 g- of brown rice elbow pasta (we recommend Tinkyada) or whole wheat elbow pasta
2 1/2-3 c of Vegan Creamy White Sauce


  1. Bring water to a boil with a dash of sea salt. Add noodles and cook for required time.
  2. Heat Vegan Creamy White Sauce in a saucepan over low heat. Add 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric if you desire the orange colour.
  3. Drain noodles. Toss in sauce.
  4. Serve immediately with a dash of paprika.
