Ingredients:
1 c frozen cherries
1 red beet peeled and chopped
1 spotty banana
1 Tbsp Chia seeds
1 scoop vegan protein (we love Iron Vegan sprouted protein)
2 cups coconut water or H2O
Steps:
- Place all the ingredients in your high speed blender.
- Add coconut water or H2O
- Blend at high speed until fully blended and super smooth
