Green Tea Blueberry Bliss Smoothie

Don’t have any superfood matcha in the house? No problem. Green tea in its leaf form still has so many amazing health benefits. This smoothie uses brewed green tea along with a generous cup of blueberries to create an antioxidant boost your body will thank you for. It’s so good you’ll forget this blissful treat is acutally breakfast!

Serves: 3-4
Prep time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

1 1/2 c green tea
1/4 c hemp hearts
1 c kale
1 banana
1 c blueberries
1 c frozen peaches
1/2 c ice cubes

Steps:

  1. Steep one bag of green tea in 1 1/2 cups of boiling water. Let it sit for at least 5 minutes.
  2. Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
