1 ripe persimmon
1 spotty banana
1 large piece of fresh turmeric
1 large carrot, peeled
1 Tbsp maca powder
2 cups coconut water (or h20)
- Place all ingredients in your high powered blender and blend until smooth and frothy.
Add ice if you prefer a thicker smoothie, or pre-freeze your ingredients for a frosty shake!
